for me is something very special.

How it all began :

We got in the Forum of Stickfee know, too, was a very early member of the group . Birgid then had the subtitle "The Seamstress" because she has always sewn.
Unlike me. I then had quite a respect for their versatility and their other skills other than embroidery.

It was then in January 2007, when the contact between me and Birgid depth.

The crucial point was a common monster embroidery project. The seasonal tree by Anagram.

We started both at the same time, and over months and years we Embroidered parallel, each for itself. For this project, it takes an enormous amount of stamina. Together, we experienced our ups and downs. Then the other one pushed forward when a front was once again just to give up. Together we went this endless rocky road, and in the end we were both of us happy about the great embroidery ...

We noticed how exceptionally well we blend.

So was the phenomenon that we often "parallel" thinking. Completely independent of one another, we often have the same ideas and concepts.

a result, we made several wonderful exchange (Imp-) actions just between us two. Even a patched Advent calendar that we have worked with a lot of mutual love, and exchanged,

even a whole Advent Calendar Quilt .

for each day of Advent, it was finished quilt pieces (in the art quilt-as-you-go), Christmas and had to get each of us a whole quilt done ...

These projects were unique for every. Whole years to projects that dragged on for months.
Something to do with a person to whom you can trust 100%.

And no matter whatever may happen in this world:
